Returns and exchanges
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your item(s) for an exchange or refund. All exchange or return requests must be received within 10 days from the date you received your order, for your exchange or return to be granted. Items must be returned in original packaging and packing material. Any item in new, unused and resaleable condition can be returned within 10 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for all fees and shipping costs to ship the item(s) back to us. If you request an exchange, you will be charged to reship the exchanged item back to you. Please note that we require a Return Authorization before any return can be granted.
Refunds
Please note for refunds there will be a restocking fee (up to 20%) and shipping charges are not refundable. Once we receive your returned item(s) and the returned item(s) complies with our return/refund conditions, we will send you a check or credit your credit card for the credit (depending how your order was paid) within 21 business days.
Order cancellations / Refused shipments
Once you submit your order it cannot be changed or cancelled. All order cancellations require an AUTHORIZATION NUMBER in order to cancel your order. To obtain an AUTHORIZATION NUMBER you must call us at 1-780-645-4935. Failure to call us to cancel your order will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping charges both ways. Any refusal of a product after it has been shipped will also be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping charges both ways.
Customers will be responsible for all fees and shipping charges associated with all returns, order cancellations and refused orders.
Customers are responsible for insuring packages to guard against loss or damage.
